College of Charleston and Tallinn Tech Sign Exchange Agreement

On November 1, 2018  Provost Brian McGee (center), Interim President Steve Osborne (left) and Rector Jaak Aaviksoo (right) signed an exchange agreement between Tallinn University of Technology and the College of Charleston. The agreement gives students from both schools the opportunity to study abroad with the support of the Harry and Reba Huge Foundation. The Foundation is excited to add Tallinn Tech to its existing exchange programs to help bridge cultures and promote partnerships between South Carolina and Estonia.
